Charlie
Yoga helps me heal, mentally and physically. It’s a place where I feel safe to explore what the body can do and what the mind can achieve. Yoga has helped me learn to accept myself as I am. I love to learn, and with yoga there is always something new to learn, a new posture, a new insight, a new way of seeing the world a new way to be present. Yoga is magical.
